Nicholas Ranjan delivered final instructions to the jury after five days of testimony in the case of John O’Brien, who is the last of five defendants to face trial in a case involving the Sharon, Pennsylvania-based Primary Health Network. While others charged in the investigation previously pleaded guilty, O’Brien has maintained his innocence.
