(1) OUR SERVICES: We offer two types of services, which is the secured loan or an unsecured loan. A secured loan will require collateral from the borrower and we only accept landed properties. Unsecured loans are not attached to any collateral. They’re ‘unsecured’ loans because we have nothing to go after if you default. But before we give out Unsecured loan we must make sure borrower are reliable and we know how to get our money back if borrower default.

(3) COLLATERAL PROCESS: This required if the applicants is in UK which require an equity based property as collateral his/her loan acquisition. Applicant will be requested to brings all the relevant documents to our office for verification/inspecting the property before loan are been granted without a concerns due to the fact there are many ongoing cases which are still pending in the court with some applicant using house/property as a collaterals when they are unable to pay back and we decided going after the equity/property in questions as the collaterals, it be came a situation that will now involved family claiming the equity/properties belong to their family that, they did not intent to the transaction at first and legal action will commence dragging our firm to court of law meanwhile, when the loan was acquired, there wasn’t such legal battling before the entire process was concluded.
