Rice County Fraud Alert: Lifeline automated calls

Recently, Rice County residents have received automated phone messages. The messages are claiming the call is from Lifeline and they are requesting financial information. This is a nationwide scam and Lifeline is aware of it and has stated they never request financial information over the phone.
