Email Fraud Alert received from: Lynn
I recently received an email with this subject line: 2008 Toyota Land Cruiser Expedition Campervan Motorhome and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

Hello George,
Thank you for your interest and sorry for the delayed response, but we have been very busy with our work. We shoot a documentary in South Africa for National Geographic, and in two weeks the documentary will be ready. Now we are in the United Kingdom to shoot a documentary about Covid-19 victims. Anyway, thank you for your interest in buying the vehicle. The vehicle is registered in South Africa on my wife’s name, Alicia. We are selling the vehicle very cheap because we moved for the moment to the United Kingdom with our work, and we cannot use it anymore. We have a contract here, and we will return to South Africa only after 2 years. The vehicle is in perfect condition, with no scratches, no special marks, and no need for additional repairs. It has always been garaged, as you can see from the pictures. If you decide to buy the vehicle, we will bring it to your home anywhere in South Africa. Just let us know.

I, Lynn, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “For National Geographic Channel Herwig and Alicia”:
The price was too good to be true, so I googled the email address and found a similar report for an advert for a Merc. The email wording was practically copied and pasted for from the Merc ad to the Landcruiser ad.
