I recently received an email with this subject line: The IRS Has Forgiven Millions Through Its Tax Debt Forgiveness Programs and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

I, Jan, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “Optima – IRS Forgiveness Programs”:
As I am not a US Citizen and the originating address is not discernible as coming from ‘Optima Tax’ I can only presume that this is a phishing attempt.
