I recently received an email with this subject line: offer letter and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

I’m sifiso duke malinga from south africa, I was offered a job placement as a quantity surveyor through the american redcross, I even hold an offer letter, my identity document number is 8106205827089 and my email address is duke.sifiso@gmail.com, after offered the job placement the american red cross directed me to Campbell writ I was told through emails that he is an immigration attorney, of which he told me to send an MRV fee of 380usd of which is equivalent to R4820.50, the invoice numbet is FL150301_F21519569 from western union, after that I was told to pay a travellers insurance and the cheapest option was 1500usd, I couldn’t pay the travellers insurance so I was told I can not travelle and my once in a life time opportunity was shuttered just like that, when I told Campbell writ the immigration attorney I cannot get the money for travellers insurance can he please help me get back my money, he told me to stop sendind him emails as he said they are nonsense,
