The full contents of the e-mail appear below:
Hi josphina
We’re extremely sorry we can’t proceed with your loan application or Loan because we were unable to match the bank details you submitted with the rest of your personal information.
We know that keyboards are fiddly things, so if you suspect you may have made a mistake when filling in the application, you are welcome to check and to try again. You just need to login to My Account, and check that the bank account details you entered are correct. If not edit the information and you can then give it another try.
However, please be aware that we cross-reference and consider a wide range of industry data when considering every application, so if you know the reason it didn’t match up is a bit more complicated than just ‘finger trouble’ it’s probably not worth applying again.
Again, we’re sorry we can’t help right now and understand you will be disappointed.
We do hope we will be able to be of service, sometime soon.
