Email Fraud Alert received from: Antoinette
I recently received an email with this subject line: Winning/ Inheritance Funds via ATM Visa Card. and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

This is the third time your Payment file has come to my table, and every time an Executive Order comes from the government ordering that your fund should be re-called back to the World Bank Escrow account, without any genuine reason. meanwhile our Payment Settlement System (PSS) has recieved another permanent Authority/Irrevocable Release/ Unconditional payments guarantee by the Honorable Minister of Finance, to pay you off your Winning/Inheritance Funds via ATM Visa Card. Please note that with these ATM Card you will be able to make withdrawal at any ATM point or credit card facility in your country or any place in all over the world.

I, Antoinette, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “Dr. Charles Davis”:
I have recieved a previous notification of winning 810,000.00 US Dollars in the New York Lottery in October 2014. After doing some research I determined that it was a SCAM. Now I recieved this Email and the amount mentioned is again 810,000.00 US Dollars. The names and contact details are different but the amount being the same is suspicious.
Please advise me on wether my suspicions are correct.
