UK Court Upholds Value-Added Tax Fraud Against IT Supplier – Daily Tax Report ®

The UK tax authority rightly imposed a £2.44 million ($3.3 million) value-added tax fraud liability on an information technology trader, a UK tribunal ruled Friday.
