The allegations point to unlawful appointments of senior officials, reportedly costing taxpayers approximately R60 million. If true, this represents a gross abuse of public office and a betrayal of residents who continue to endure poor service delivery.
ActionSA calls for:
- The immediate suspension of all implicated officials pending investigation;
- A full, independent forensic and qualification investigation into all appointments and related expenditure;
- Swift criminal action against anyone found guilty.
We further urge law enforcement agencies to act without fear or favour. The people of Tswaing deserve accountability.

ActionSA reiterates its call for merit-based appointments and strict adherence to the law in all municipal processes.
