DURBAN – The three suspects appeared in the Durban Magistrates’ Court this morning and were granted bail. Nosipho Fortune Sokhela (32) and Thabisile Protasia Mdabe (40) were each granted a bail of R2 000-00. The main suspect Sandile Reginald Sokhela (39) was granted a bail of R5 000-00 but was unable to raise the money, he was remanded in custody.
All the suspects will appear before the Durban Magistrates’ Court on 23 April 2021.
