Email Fraud Alert received from: Gold
I recently received an email with this subject line: There Has Never Been A Better Time To Buy Gold and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.
I think the following:
When Gmail says; “Be careful with this message. Similar messages were used to steal people’s personal information. Unless you trust the sender, don’t click links or reply with personal information.” I listen.
The Catch 22 in this situation is that you have to say that this message is NOT spam in order to click on the links to ‘unsubscribe’.
There has never been a better time to IGNORE your mail.
