I recently received an email with this subject line: RFQ 84LN000000187X2 and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

Good Day
Attached to this email is an RFQ for equipment we need a supplier on. Please note this equipment may fall out of your scope of supply hence if possible we would like you to source and supply from external sources. Please not this is a Once off request and if your quotation is a success payment will be done before delivery or collection. Note on your submission please indicate if you will be delivering or we will have to collect include delivery cost if order will be delivered.
