Email Fraud Alert received from: Tendai
I recently received an email with this subject line: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

I, Tendai, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “Rose Hatfield”:
Yesterday (10/08/2016) I received a call from a private number indicating that we were going to get a request for quotation from the Department of Health.
Today we received the “request for quotation”. I can easily see that its fraudulent.:
1) The email address is not Department of Health
2) Checking on uniforum (co.za) shows that registrant details for healthdp-gov.co.za are not available
3) Formatting in the actual request for quotation is terrible
