Email Fraud Alert received from: Budget
I recently received an email with this subject line: Re: Google Manual Action Penalties and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

My name is Lisa and I am a Digital Marketing Specialists for a Creative Agency.
I was doing some industry benchmarking for a client of mine when I came across your website.
I noticed a few technical errors which correspond with a drop of website traffic over the last 6-8 months which I thought I would bring to your attention.
After closer inspection it appears your site is lacking in 4 key criteria.
1- Website Speed
2- Link Diversity
3- Domain Authority
4- Competition Comparison
I can send you over the report which shows all of the above and so much more which will help you at least improve your site, its rankings and traffic.
I would love the chance to help as well however; this report will at least give you a gauge on the quality of what I do.

I, Budget, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “Lisa Joseph”:
This email was sent via the online booking form of a web site that I manage called Budget Accommodation Port Elizabeth – NOT via the contact form but sent as a legitimate booking request with the dates and other info properly filled out and the note that you see above attached.
I replied thus:
Hi Lisa
As a ‘Search Marketing Professional’ I am afraid that you do the industry a great disservice.
How you ever used a tool called whois?
All you have done with your spam is waste the time of hard working Guest House Owners who have now placed your name and email in their spam folders and muttered under their collective breath that they would love to tell you to go away making sexual movements.
I wish you success in another field of life and blessings upon your children.
