Mbali Ronalds Maclare, a 29-year-old City of Johannesburg Executive who was arrested for R40 million fraud was granted a R20 000 bail by the Johannesburg Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Thursday 19 January.
The case was postponed to 20 February 2017 for further investigation.
