BEAVERTON, Ore. (KPTV) – A 23-year-old woman has been indicted and arrested in an ongoing investigation into the financial exploitation of elderly people in the Portland metro area, according to the Beaverton Police Department.
Willow Sarafina McCullough, from Lake Oswego, was indicted by a grand jury on April 8 for aggravated identity theft, identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, first-degree theft, and second-degree theft.
Police said McCullough targeted elderly people while working as a caregiver beginning in 2025. She reportedly worked at multiple locations throughout the metro area.
McCullough is accused of using her position to obtain financial information, including credit cards and personal documents, from vulnerable adults and use that information to make unauthorized purchases.
Detectives believe there may be more victims who have not yet come forward.
