Email Fraud Alert received from: Bill
I recently received an email with this subject line: Points acknowledgement form and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.
The full contents of the suspected fraudulent (phishing / scamming) e-mail appear below:
Your reward points on qualifying grocery purchases has accumulated over R6, 900.
Redeem points by downloading attached copy and you will be credited automat ically.

I, Bill, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “ibsupport.”:
First off – I am so poor I cannot even pay attention and secondly I do not subscribe to Standard Bank Ucount rewards.
Oh, and thirdly – that 'attached copy' – SPoints69000.htm is a dodgy HTM page and NOT a copy to download – Idjut!
