The phishing scam targeting WESLA Federal Credit Union has started up again.
On Jan. 31, locals reported getting phone calls and texts, soliciting their debit card information.
The caller claimed they were from WESLA Federal Credit Union. Linda Morrow, the Credit Union’s CEO said this is the same scam that happened two weeks ago. On the credit union’s Facebook page, she is encouraging people not to disclose their debit card information. She said so far, there haven’t been any victims this time around
