I recently received an email with this subject line: PAYMENT DUE and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

And be rest assured that this is the last time you will complain or suffer over this Fund so long as I am here in the office now. And I assure you that after now,  you did not receive your payment Amount from one of our commercial Banks, With my office address and name, You can use it as evidence to sue me or my office to any International Court of Justices. My Ward is my honor, Try and see it your self. I must do my best to make sure you receive your Fund Payment this time, since your payment file has reach my desk today.
