OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond has filed a lawsuit accusing the Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma and its owner of running a multi-year Medicaid fraud scheme that the state says resulted in nearly $1 million in improper reimbursements.
The 21-page lawsuit petition, filed this week, names Neuropathy Treatment Clinic of Oklahoma and its owner, James Warren Linn Jr., as defendants.
It was filed a day after the clinic, according to its website, permanently closed.
The lawsuit alleges the scheme took place from August 2021 to August 2025.
The lawsuit says Linn invested in Sanexas devices in 2016. The devices are used for nerve stimulation, and the lawsuit says Linn later formed the NTCO to offer those treatments. However, the lawsuit states Medicaid does not cover Sanexas treatments.
