The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating and/or identifying a suspect in its investigation of a theft by fraud incident that occurred on June 27, 2026, in the 100 block of Royal Street.
At about 9:55 p.m. on June 27, the pictured unknown black male allegedly utilized a bank card reported stolen in a vehicle burglary – which occurred that same evening in the 1200 block of Poydras Street – to make fraudulent purchases at two separate businesses in the 100 block of Royal Street.
All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
