Fraudsters often send out emails claiming to be from Telkom or any other reputable organisation that you acquire services from. These emails are known as ‘phishing scam’.
Please note the latest “phishing email scam” purports to contain your Telkom account invoice, or an approved loan amount from one of the SA bank or a debit order approval for your Telkom account.
The “phishing email scam” contains the links: Download, Preview and Open.
Do not click any of the links on the email and delete the e-mail immediately.
