TOPEKA, Kan. (KCTV) – A Kansas City, Kansas, man who pled guilty to Medicaid fraud has now been sentenced.
Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach announced Monday that 67-year-old Donald Dean was sentenced to seven months in the Kansas Department of Corrections before the sentence was suspended for 12 months of supervised probation and 30 days in jail.
