I recently received an email with this subject line: Good News and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

We hereby confirm receipt of your part payment of L750,000.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty Thousand Great Britain Pounds Sterling) only into our POUNDS STERLING BONDED ESCROW ACCOUNT, which is for deposits only from Bank of England (B.O.E) in charge of Foreign Debt Recovery Committee on overdue delayed payments such as Contract Payments, Inheritance Payments and Lottery Payments to rightful beneficiaries as indicated in our secure telephonic banking system database tagged as category “E” payment with Reference Number: PF008006UK14.
