Email Fraud Alert received from: Colleen
I recently received an email with this subject line: FNB:-) R2, 720.00 paid to cheq a/c..463807 @ Smartapp FNB mobile transfer. Ref.Groceries 07100301 and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

⢠FNB:-) R2,720.00 paid to cheq a/c..463807 @ Smartapp FNB mobile transfer. Ref.Groceries 07100301. 16/January 012:30 you didn’t authorize that payment, stop it now. If we don’t receive a stop order in the next 24 hours, we will process and release payment.
You can ignore the email and password field if you don’t feel comfortable but your OTP phone number must be confirmed as we will verify by sending an OTP
for you to confirm you want to stop this payment
