I, Sepp, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “FIFA Legacy Trust”:
If you are going to try and defraud someone at least make sure that:
- You can spell
- Your grammar is correct
- You use the right logos – The 2010 world cup was in South Africa
- Use the right year – the FIFA World cup occurs every four years and my maths tells me that there is no way you can add or subtract an even number (4) from another even number (e.g. 2010) and get an odd number (eg 1977).
The FIFA Youth World Championships took place in 1977 in Tunisia and South Africa never took part.
