1. Quotations should be faxed to reach me not later than 13:00, Wednesday 15th August 2018
2. Quotations should be valid for at least 7 Days
3. Please indicate your delivery periods
4. Is the delivery period firm? Yes / No
5. Is / is the price(s) firm for the duration of the contract? Yes / No
6. Is the off strictly to specification
7. All prices must be VAT inclusive, if no indication is given, price will be evaluated as inclusive.
8. NO quotations received after the closing time and date will be accepted without prior arrangement with the sender of this fax.
9. It is the responsibility of the tendered to verify the receipt of any faxes forwarded to this office
10. If you are unable to quote, please fax this page back to the sender as a no quote and state the reason below.
