Congress is back and will once again be focusing on program integrity in the federal health care programs. On Wednesday, the Joint Economic Committee holds a hearing on “Combating Healthcare Fraud and Leakage to Strengthen Program Integrity” and the House Energy & Commerce oversight subcommittee will look into Medicaid fraud the following day.
