Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA): There have been a number of email phishing scams that have been listed on Comcast.net. The email reads, “Dear Comcast Customer, There was an issue with your last payment. You are required to validate your payment information in order to avoid service suspension. Please update your payment methods. Click the link below to visit Comcast Bill Payment.”
DIRECTV, Inc. (NASDAQ:DTV): DirecTV, Inc.’s (NASDAQ:DTV) Chief Executive Officer, Michael White, said in response to questions about the company’s rumored interest in acquiring Vivendi’s (VIVHY) GVT Brazil business, that their process on acquisitions is “very disciplined,” and takes time. He added that the firm considers everything” and that GVT may be an “interesting asset.”

News Corp. (NASDAQ:NWSA): According to Reuters, News Corp. (NASDAQ:NWSA) will give James Murdoch more control over Fox Network’s Group. It is unclear what Murdoch’s exact title will be, but Fox Networks Chief Executive Officer, Peter Rice, is expected to remain in his role.
