The subpoenas to Blue Shield of California, Centene Corporation, CVS Health, Elevance Health, GuideWell, Health Care Service Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, and Oscar Health demand information on each company’s fraud-protection measures after failing to fully comply with the Committee’s voluntary process.
