I recently received an email with this subject line: Bisong Ekupeh Philip and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

Mr Bisong Ekuphe Philip born on the 29/08/1990, passport number: 0696802 issued in cameroon, contacted my company for a visa assistance and after we have gone 80% into the work he refused to pay requesting a refund and since his brother is a police office in the same LRP CURROPED government he had to go intmidate and arrest my contact and threaten him.
he is frudulent, a cheap and a tif.
