This seminar will launch the Bangkok Blueprint, a high-level framework for tackling cyber-enabled fraud through a whole-of-ecosystem approach. As rapid technological change amplifies risks across sectors and borders, the response must combine stronger coordination, international collaboration, and preventive measures, including advanced technologies and systems, to reduce vulnerabilities and strengthen financial resilience.
