dAnne S******, I was looking over your file and you’re a flawless fit for this particular application! Not sure if you discovered about the brand new Authorities System to lower homeowners payments or not, but I wished to ensure you were up so far. On Monday, President Obama introduced a strategy that allows homeowners that have been formerly denied or not able to refinance before, the capacity to refinance at rock bottom rates! The common individual who has utilized this application thus far has conserved on average $355 a month on their mortgage payment….that is a savings over over $5,000 a year! Now we’re unsure how long this application will last so it is extremely important that you simply follow the hyperlink below and fill in your basic information (takes 1-2 minutes max). You’ll instantly have the ability to determine just how much you’ll conserve and if you are accepted!…chocolatedrinks.com/si%74e/%72edir%70s%2eh%74m?va%72s=%7C%7CH%54%74%70%3A//bit.%4cy%2F1s5TKlH

I, Anne, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “Stacy Reusch”:
Now this one looks particularly nasty:
The sender got my surname correct but not my first name
The link has a redirect which, thankfully will not work as they have ommitted a ‘t’ in http
That redirect leads to another page with another redirect so someone has gone to a lot of trouble to hide your eventual destination
In addition this mail evaded all my spam filtersBe careful, be very careful.
