I recently received an email with this subject line: Accounts Upgrade Notice which I believe to be an attempt at defrauding me.
The full contents of the e-mail appear below:

Someone with ip address 41.234.207.135 tried to access
your personal account
Please click below to verify your security details with us
and confirm that you are not currently away.
You have to verify this as soon as possible prevent
your internet banking access from getting blocked.
