U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe unsealed a three-count indictment on February 4 charging 11 individuals in a sophisticated scheme that recruited U.S. service members to enter sham marriages with Chinese nationals, enabling them to obtain immigration benefits and unauthorized access to U.S. military installations between March 2024 and February 2025.
