I recently received an email with this subject line: Sign up. Take surveys. Get rewarded and I am concerned that it could be an attempt at defrauding me. Let me know in the comments section what you think, please.

I cannot follow the link. Is this “too good to be true”? or fraud? or phishing?
They mentioned payment through PayPal but have not asked me for any info and I find the questions etc confusing.
