The full contents of the suspected fraudulent (phishing / scamming) e-mail appear below:
Good Day
Exxaro Resources would like to kindly request a submission of quotation for items listed on the RFQ attached. Please note the listed items are as per specification and we would like to be quoted on only the requested item. Note this quotation request is a once off request meaning the supply will only be a one-time supply, and all payments will be done in advance before goods are delivered. On your quotation please include delivery cost as we would require you to deliver after purchase. Taking note that all payments will be made before deliveries. Kindly advise if goods are outsourced or stocked items, on your quotation must include transport cost to Belfast Mpumalanga.

I, FRANK, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “Lazarus Ramashi (Buyer)”:
Website/Email is a FRAUDULENT/FALSE domain/website – NOT the true Exxaro’s.
Request for Tender/Quotation – NOT from Exxaro
