Good day,
please find the attached a request for a quotation, the department of Transport is currently running a rural roads development project around the country and the engineers are running out of these blades that’s why we are reaching out to all registered companies and service providers around the country to grab this opportunity to work with the government.
It doesn’t matter if what we are looking for is not your scope of business, all you can do is look around for suppliers or even go online, find suppliers of this particular product then send us a quotation from your company with your markup and transportation fee. Once your quotation has been assessed and approved to be within our budget then the department will place the order with your company hence list your company on our department ‘s supply chain vendor data base for future orders / tenders once you have delivered the right product and on time.
Should you require any further information on this regard, please reply to this email with your inquiry or call our supply chain personnel on the numbers indicated below. Hope you find the above in order. Thank you.
Regards,
Thandiwe Maimane
