Dear Google Accounts User,
Thank you for filling out our account recovery form. We know that losing access to your account can be frustrating. We want to help!
At Google, we take your privacy and security very seriously. We’re committed to returning accounts only when we’re sure that we’re giving them back to their owners. Unfortunately, based on the information you provided, we were unable to verify that you own firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure that we’re not compromising the security of this account, we can’t yet return it to you.
Can you provide additional information to verify that you own this account?
If so, please visit our account recovery form and submit another request, sharing as much accurate information as possible. (If you’re unsure about specific dates, that’s okay; give your best guess.)
If not, and if you’d like to create a new account, please visit our New Accounts page.
Because Google doesn’t ask for much personal information when you sign up for an account, we don’t have many ways to verify that you own an account. To confirm that you’re the real owner, we need specific details during the recovery process. We can’t accept identification documents as a proof of ownership because we don’t consider that a secure method. If you’d like more information on these policies, please see “Recovering your account” on our Help Center.
(Please note that Google will never ask you for your password or your sign-in information for any other site.)
We apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

I, JL, have the following thoughts/comments on this suspected fraudulent email message from “[#6-2309000008887] Your Google Account Recovery Request”:
Google has sent me the same message for over a month. They say they will unlock it in 3 -5 days, but they have never let me back into my account. I do not have a smart phone or any phone I want connected to this account. Google has systematically hijacked each of my 3 email accounts 1 at a time in order to get my personal information. They will not release it to me unless I give them more of my personal information. This is the account I have on all my resumes. They are hindering my job search – I’ve probably missed some good work opportunities because of this. I have give them as much other info about this account as I can remember. google has no qualms bout locking people out of their accounts and keeping them out for good. They have become more like a vicious, info predator that will not stop until they have seized their prey. – DON’T USE GOOGLE – THEY KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT US.
